Change Password

Login in your oCloud https://[yourcloudname].ocloud.de

Click on your Name  (right – above) and select  personal

Enter your OLD password and your NEW Password.

Attention: 

A Password cannot be restored since nobody except you know it (even its hash).

This has been done for the sake of security of our users personal data. All we can do ist to reset your cloud but the records and files will be lost.
